Write A Post
Login to your WordPress Administration Panel.
In your brower’s navigation bar type in: www.yourdomain.com/admin.
Enter your Username and Password. This will take you to the Administration Panel Dashboard.
Click the tab for Write, and then click on Write Post.
Enter your Title and Post content under the appropriate sections.
Choose your Options.
An explanation of the Options is listed below.
Upload your Images.
You can upload images to your post by entering the file name or by clicking Browse and choosing your file. Click Upload.
Choose how you would like your images shown and click Send to Editor.
Save your Post.
If you click Save and Continue Editing, a window will appear at the bottom of your screen. This will show you what your post will look like. When you are finished editing click on Save. To make your post visible, click on Publish.
Options:
A) Categories
Under the Categories tab, type in the names of the categories in which you would like your post to appear, or choose from any pre-existing categories by checking the box beside it.
B) Discussion
Under the Discussion tab, choose whether or not to allow people to comment or post pingbacks by checking or unchecking the boxes.
C) Post Password
If you would like to password protect your post, click on the Post Password tab and enter whatever password you choose.
D) Post Slug
When you publish your post a post slug will automatically be entered, however, if you would like your post slug to be called something specific, you can change it by clicking on the Post Slug tab.
E) Post Status
If you would like to save your post as a draft before publishing it, or make it a private post, click on the Post Status tab and check the appropriate box. To make your post visible to the public, choose the Published option.
F) Post Timestamp
To edit the time and date of your post, click on Post Timestamp.
G) Post Author
Choose the author by clicking on the Post Author tab.
H) Optional Excerpt
You can enter an excerpt if you like, by typing it into the Optional Excerpt box.

I) Trackbacks
You can add Trackbacks to your post by typing them in the space provided.
J) Custom Field
Add a Custom Field by selecting from the scroll down menu or entering it in the space provided and click Add Custom Field.
