Every project we undertake uses the same approach, even though we are always refining the details. From design to launch, our approach is to involve our clients in every step in an unobtrusive manner.

Step 1 | Client Assessment

This begins with a face to face meeting. We prefer to meet at your place of business as this better helps us get to know you and your business better – the whole picture is worth a thousand words idea. At this meeting we will assess the needs and goals of your website project, identify the target audience and define the timeline and schedule.

Step 2 | Research & Discovery

We gather all available content from you, such as company profiles, product information, in-house publications and existing marketing materials like brochures or postcards. Thereafter, we research the Internet and all other relevant information sources to familiarize ourselves with your business and industry as well as your competition and target audience.

Step 3 | Design Concept

During this stage, we begin the process of developing the site’s look and feel, the flow of content throughout the site, the logical organization of the site’s information and its functionality. These concepts are posted on our site for your evaluation, revision and approval.

Step 4 | Development

Upon your approval of the Design Concept, we develop the site using the appropriate content management system for your project’s requirements. This involves creating all the code and implementing all the content we have collected.

Step 5 | Testing & Launch

We test your site by putting a second set of eyes on all the content to proof for grammar and spelling as well as usability. All the links and navigation are tested for accuracy and all the pages are tested to ensure cross-browser compatibility. After we have fully tested the website, we engage the client to review everything prior to launch.

Step 6 | Post Production & Promotion

After the “Coming Soon” temporary page comes down, we continue to provide on-going support to our clients including evaluation, content and site management, on-site training, upgrades and updates. We guarantee our work for six months so any bugs or errors are addressed at no extra charge. We can also help with online and offline marketing campaigns - from search engine placement and email marketing to direct mail brochures and postcards.
